Due to our schedules filling up fast, we request that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill that spot.
There is a $75 fee for any missed or cancelled appointments if not done within 24hrs.

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running late, especially due to the weather! Patients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. Please see above for full late/cancellation policy.

Actives, including Retin-A, Retinol, etc. should be stopped one week prior to appointment. If you have any questions, just ask!

We ask that all patients refrain from working out for 24-hours post-procedure.
