CEO - Butte & Billings, MT

Jamie Decker is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Butte native, and CEO of Top Deck Medical Aesthetics. For the last five years, Jamie has been working in acute care medicine in the hospitalist setting and in the urgent care role as a provider. She completed her course work at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, and is a Doctorally prepared Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has experience in both inpatient acute care medicine and Emergency services. She is also a Montana Tech Nursing program graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2010.

In 2019 and early 2020 she completed certifications for neurotoxin injections (Botox and Dysport) and hyaluronic acid fillers in Denver, Colorado. She became immediately drawn to helping others achieve their aesthetics goals and wanting to help men and women alike with confidence. She has also trained with Sarah Berg, RN of Bespoke Beauty in Missoula for advanced injection techniques. In May 2020 Jamie added additional services within the practice at Top Deck to include IPL laser therapy, laser hair removal, and sub-dermal microneedling services from Inmode. The technology offered at Top Deck is both safe, and effective, and can be used on most skin types. Jamie has been working with patients for the last three years in both Butte and Billings. She continues to pursue aesthetics educational courses all year round to bring exceptional services to all patients. Jamie currently specializes in injectables, full face rejuvenation with filler and Sculptra, and laser treatments.

When not in the office Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and their three dogs as well as family and friends.

Clinical Lead Injector - Billings, MT

Abby Picicci is a Registered Nurse raised in Billings, MT. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Montana State University and has been practicing as an RN since 2018 with experience in Aesthetic, Cardiovascular, Emergency Room, and Intensive Care nursing. As a baccalaureate prepared registered nurse, Abby has an eye for detail and strives for patient satisfaction. She wants everyone to feel their best and believes this is directly influenced by an individual’s self-image and confidence.

Abby loves to learn. She is constantly searching for the best and safest practice for her patients, and has attended multiple conferences to grow her knowledge base in this growing industry. Abby has always had a strong interest in aesthetics and expanding her knowledge from hospital medicine to reach all people.

Abby’s favorite procedure to perform is lip filler. She loves how dynamic and unique each individual patient’s lip tissue is.

When she is not working Abby enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her growing family and their two dogs. Abby is proud to call Billings home and is excited to deliver the best quality aesthetic care possible to the people in Billings and surrounding areas.

Korey Rivers is a Registered Nurse raised in Anaconda, MT. Korey has ten years of nursing experience in various acute care settings including the emergency room. She received her BSN at Montana Tech in Butte, MT. Korey has a passion for making people feel comfortable with themselves and enhancing their natural beauty. Korey enjoys family time with her husband and two young children as well as coaching volleyball.

Lead Aesthetician- Billings, MT

Jordy Freiboth has over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. She graduated from the Academy of Nails, Skin & Hair in 2011 in Billings, MT. She learned very quickly that it’s really rewarding to be able to make others feel good about their appearance.

On the weekends, you can find her doing hair and makeup for weddings and special events. Being able to flawlessly apply makeup comes down to a healthy base. She is excited to combine skincare and makeup to create a beautiful end result.

Jordy has done countless weddings and photoshoots. Her work has been featured in several magazines and styled shoots.

Jordy loves to learn and grow with the industry and is excited to give her clients the best experience and results.

Lead Aesthetician - Butte, MT

Sydni Thompson is a licensed Esthetician born and raised in Anaconda, MT. She graduated from Studio Beauty School Missoula, December 2023. Sydni has had her own struggles with acne and her skin, so she really enjoys helping other people feel comfortable in their own skin. When she’s not working her free time is spent with family, her dog, or doing something outdoors.

Ronnie Bumgarner is a graduate of the Bitterroot School of Cosmetology where she earned both her teaching and cosmetology license. She now has 18 years experience as an educator with many years of experience behind the chair and management. Ronnie is passionate about continuing her education and learning new skills. She loves all things beauty from head to toe. Ronnie is a Montana native and has lived in Butte for one year. She feels very blessed to call Butte her new home. She looks forward to establishing new relationships and growing in her career. Ronnie loves traveling and spending time with her children, family and friends.

Clinic Manager, Aesthetician - Billings, MT

Mesa Pfeifer is a licensed Aesthetician and a proud 2016 alumnus of the Health Works Institute in Bozeman, MT. With nearly a decade of experience in the beauty industry, she is recognized for her precision, professionalism, and warm approach, particularly in her specialty: lash extensions.

For the past five years, Mesa co-owned and operated a successful beauty studio in Butte, MT, alongside her sister and best friend, McKenna. Their collaboration and passion for entrepreneurship have created a space built on trust, beauty, and community.

Now based in Billings, MT, Mesa is thrilled to start a new chapter by offering high-quality lash services while embracing her new role as a Patient Coordinator. She is passionate about communication and aims to help clients feel their best through aesthetics. Mesa’s goal is to build long-lasting relationships with clients and to create a safe space that provides not only excellent results but also support, care, and confidence.

Outside of work, Mesa enjoys spending time with friends, immersing herself in a good book, and hanging out with her beloved fur babies.

Erin has been a Registered Nurse for 13 years, starting her nursing career in the operating room. A Montana native, Erin was born and raised in Glendive.

Since 2014, she has worked full time in the field of facial plastic surgery and aesthetics. While working along side plastic surgeons, Erin developed a deep understanding of anatomy, as well as surgical and non-surgical procedures. Combining that with a experienced eye and artistic approach, Erin has helped hundreds of clients restore and enhance their natural beauty through personalized injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other advanced treatments.

With a passion for staying at the forefront of the latest modalities and techniques in aesthetic medicine, Erin prioritizes safety and tailors treatments to meet the unique needs of each individual. Known for her attention to detail, Erin takes pride in delivering results that are both subtle and stunning, helping clients feel confident and refreshed. 

Erin is deeply committed to client education, taking the time to explain each treatment option and ensure clients feel confident and informed in their decisions. She believes a well-educated client is empowered to make choices that align with their goals.
