Jamie Decker is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Butte native, and CEO of Top Deck Medical Aesthetics. For the last five years, Jamie has been working in acute care medicine in the hospitalist setting and in the urgent care role as a provider. She completed her course work at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, and is a Doctorally prepared Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has experience in both inpatient acute care medicine and Emergency services. She is also a Montana Tech Nursing program graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2010.

In 2019 and early 2020 she completed certifications for neurotoxin injections (Botox and Dysport) and hyaluronic acid fillers in Denver, Colorado. She became immediately drawn to helping others achieve their aesthetics goals and wanting to help men and women alike with confidence. She has also trained with Sarah Berg, RN of Bespoke Beauty in Missoula for advanced injection techniques. In May 2020 Jamie added additional services within the practice at Top Deck to include IPL laser therapy, laser hair removal, and sub-dermal microneedling services from Inmode. The technology offered at Top Deck is both safe, and effective, and can be used on most skin types. Jamie has been working with patients for the last three years in both Butte and Billings. She continues to pursue aesthetics educational courses all year round to bring exceptional services to all patients. Jamie currently specializes in injectables, full face rejuvenation with filler and Sculptra, and laser treatments.

When not in the office Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and their three dogs as well as family and friends.

Abby Picicci is a Registered Nurse raised in Billings, MT. Abby has experience in Cardiovascular, Emergency Room, and Intensive Care nursing. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Montana State University in 2018. As a baccalaureate prepared registered nurse, Abby has an eye for detail and strives for patient satisfaction. She wants everyone to feel their best and believes this is directly influenced by an individual’s self-image and confidence. Abby loves to learn and is constantly searching for the best/safest practice for her patients. Abby has always had a strong interest in aesthetics and expanding her knowledge from hospital medicine to reach all people. Abby currently injects at the Billings, Montana location.

Injector - Butte, MT

Korey Rivers is a Registered Nurse raised in Anaconda, MT. Korey has ten years of nursing experience in various acute care settings including the emergency room. She received her BSN at Montana Tech in Butte, MT. Korey has a passion for making people feel comfortable with themselves and enhancing their natural beauty. Korey enjoys family time with her husband and two young children as well as coaching volleyball.

Injector - Billings, MT

Ali Brown, BS, RN, CNOR Injector - Billings, MT Ali is a Registered Nurse from Baltimore, MD. Ali has experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room, General Operating Room, and Progressive Care nursing. She received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Towson University in 2005 and her Associates in Nursing from the Community College of Baltimore County in 2010. She started her nursing career at Johns Hopkins on the PCU and then moved to the CVOR in 2012. She became a travel CVOR nurse in 2014. She traveled around the country for over 6 years, which brought her to Billings in 2020, where (after meeting the love of her life) she decided to put down roots. She has been working at St Vincent’s Hospital, where she currently the CVOR Coordinator. As a seasoned registered nurse, Ali is passionate about providing the absolute best care possible. Ali is always learning and striving to expand her knowledge and skillset to help people reach their aesthetic goals. Ali currently injects at the Billings, Montana location.

Esthetician - Billings + Butte, MT

Jordy Freiboth has over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. She graduated from the Academy of Nails, Skin & Hair in 2011 in Billings, MT. She learned very quickly that it’s really rewarding to be able to make others feel good about their appearance.

On the weekends, you can find her doing hair and makeup for weddings and special events. Being able to flawlessly apply makeup comes down to a healthy base. She is excited to combine skincare and makeup to create a beautiful end result.

Jordy has done countless weddings and photoshoots. Her work has been featured in several magazines and styled shoots.

Jordy loves to learn and grow with the industry and is excited to give her clients the best experience and results.

Esthetician - Butte

Jacey Ewing is a licensed esthetician who graduated from Montana Skin Academy this Spring 2024. With a passion for personalized skincare and continuous learning, she is looking to help others achieve healthy, glowing skin.

Before following her dreams to become an esthetician, Jacey has worked 10+ years in the customer service industry. She has a Bachelor’s of Business from CMC in Colorado where she is originally from. Jacey played college basketball and also rodeoed in college before meeting her now husband in 2017, getting married, and then moving to Montana.

Jacey now resides in Deer Lodge, MT where she has lived for the past 4 years. Outside of work, Jacey loves to spend time with her husband and two kids. They enjoy time at the lake, traveling to see family, and living a western lifestyle.

Driven by a desire to help her clients achieve their skin goals, Jacey is looking forward to giving her clients a personalized and rejuvenating experience!

Marketing Director + Clinic Manager

Carla is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a BFA in Advertising/Graphic Design.

Carla worked as a graphic designer/pre-press specialist for multiple large format printing companies in Houston, TX prior to moving to Montana. Currently, she manages award-winning publications, non-profit and business social media accounts, websites and graphic design projects.

Giving back to the community has always been something Carla has loved to do. She volunteered with animal rescues, where she served on the board, organized events, and provided all graphic design material.

Patient Coordinator

Ronnie is a graduate of the Bitterroot School of Cosmetology where she earned both her teaching and cosmetology license. She now has 18 years experience as an educator with many years of experience behind the chair and management. Ronnie is passionate about continuing her education and learning new skills. She loves all things beauty from head to toe. Ronnie is a Montana native and has lived in Butte for one year. She feels very blessed to call Butte her new home. She looks forward to establishing new relationships and growing in her career. Ronnie loves traveling and spending time with her children, family and friends.

Front Desk, Billings

Berkleigh holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Montana State University - Billings. Originally from Florida, she now calls considers Montana her home. With a passion for the aesthetics industry and a readiness to learn, she looks forward to advancing her career and creating a welcoming environment for everyone at TDMA. A few of Berkleigh’s favorite pastimes are riding her horses, traveling, and playing pickle ball.

Front Desk + Esthetician, Billings

Brittney Barr is a licensed esthetician and makeup artist with a passion for getting others to feel confident in their own skin. She graduated at the end of 2019 from Montana Beauty Institute and started her business in 2020 and nothing has stopped her since. When not working you will see her showing up for other leaders in the community, helping her parents radio station business, and doing stand up comedy.
