Top Deck Medical Aesthetics & Wellness is expanding, and we’re bringing a full-service spa experience to our Billings location.

We’re seeking a Montana-licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as the first resident LMT in this newly developed space. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established, high-end client base while helping shape and grow our massage therapy offerings from the ground up.

You’ll be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of medical aesthetics and wellness professionals, contributing to a results-driven, elevated patient experience that blends relaxation, therapeutic care, and clinical intention.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver customized therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client’s goals

- Educate clients on treatment benefits, body awareness, and ongoing care

- Collaborate with our aesthetics and wellness providers to support holistic outcomes

- Help build and refine our massage service menu and protocols

- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, cleanliness, and client experience

What We’re Looking For:

- Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Montana (required)

- Strong foundation in therapeutic and results-driven massage techniques

- A team-oriented mindset with clear, professional communication skills

- Passion for client education, wellness, and long-term results

- Self-motivated and excited to help grow a new service line within an established brand

- Must be comfortable promoting services and engaging with clients on social media
